There are several transitions people experience in their lives, which can then trigger painful memories and make transitions more complicated than they need to be. I help provide a non-judgmental, supportive and empathetic environment to safely explore all of these feelings and memories. I have a mentality of "one step at a time", taking bite size pieces out of overall symptoms to help bring some relief while bigger issues are addressed.
