I provide an open and validating space so that you can freely explore your difficulties while also challenging you in a non-confrontational way. I have a flexible approach and incorporate techniques from different modalities in order to meet your individual needs. I look forward to collaborating with you and understanding what you're hoping to achieve in therapy. My approach to treatment is rooted in relational psychoanalysis in which principles of mutuality and curiosity inform the spirit of the therapeutic dynamic, while the impact of our early attachments and family history guide the process of working through ingrained patterns and developing healthier ways of coping with stress and relating to others.
