I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space for children, teens, adults, couples, and families of all kinds. I support clients who are navigating trauma, ADHD, ASD, PDA, sensory sensitivities, parenting challenges, adoption (including adoptee, first family, kinship and adoptive families), identity development, emotional regulation, life transitions, grief, and/or systemic harm. I also work with children, teens, and caregivers adjusting to new or layered responsibilities, as well as couples and families seeking to improve communication, emotional safety, and connection.
