I work primarily with individuals in their late teens, twenties, and thirties who struggle with focus, anxiety, and self-doubt—often during periods of transition and reflection. To that end, many of my patients feel caught between past and emerging versions of themselves and are questioning what success and stability mean for them. Together, we’ll uncover the emotional patterns that dictate how we relate to others and make meaning of our experiences while co-creating tools for improving attention and follow-through.
