Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to increase self-awareness, understand and improve relationship dynamics, and feel more in control of maladaptive behavioral patterns and stress responses. I help clients accurately identify the roots to their challenges, shift to healthier perspectives, and discover realistic, attainable paths to their goals.
