It is my belief that everyone can and should benefit from therapy; whether suffering from severe mental illness or simply looking for a road map. Truly knowing oneself is an integral part of the lifelong journey toward self actualization. Unfortunately, stigma discourages many from taking advantage of our profession. My background in this field has taught me the value of an eclectic approach to counseling and psychotherapy, catering to client individual needs. Everyone is unique, shaped by their own personal experience from conception into the here and now.
