My ideal clients are individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including college students and parents seeking support. These clients often feel overwhelmed, struggle with focus, or face emotional hurdles. They seek a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop coping strategies. My goal is to guide them towards self-understanding, resilience, and improved well-being, empowering them to achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.
