Hello and Welcome! I have been working in the mental health field since completing my Undergraduate degree at Sacramento State University in 2018 and have helping people across a wide variety of places ever since (from in-patient hospitals, to residential treatment facilities, to outpatient clinics). I graduated with my Master's in Psychology from Brandman University back in December of 2021 and have been providing therapeutic services to clients of all backgrounds since then as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. The first couple of sessions will be geared towards house-keeping items such as reviewing the informed consent forms and the basics of confidentiality. I also welcome my clients to share any and all concerns or questions they might have about the therapeutic journey they are about to embark on.
