I have worked with diverse populations, including but not limited to survivors of trauma, sexual concerns, and addiction counseling. While I work with many problems, I often focus on teens and young adults, easily connecting and helping them develop resilience and coping strategies for the future. I have extensive experience working with law enforcement, firefighters, and the military, providing specialized support for these groups' unique stressors and traumas. Understanding the demanding schedules of individuals, I offer extended hours, seeing clients from 9 AM to 8 PM Monday through Thursday. I have undergone extensive training in various evidence-based practices and am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have over four years of experience at Davis Sound Mind and over three years working in intervention in suicide prevention for the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
