I work with clients who are survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, battery, or another crime that has deeply impacted their life. They may feel trapped by anxiety, fear, numbness, or shame. Daily life might be overshadowed by flashbacks, nightmares, or a constant sense of danger. Trusting others can feel impossible, and they may carry heavy self-blame. They want to feel safe in their body again, reconnect with who they are, and believe in a future where they’re no longer defined by what happened to them.
