As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with individuals and couples navigating the complexities of relationships/dating, whether in monogamous, polyamorous structures or somewhere in between. Together, we can explore intimacy, communication, trauma, conflict, self-esteem, and identity. I offer a sex-positive, nonjudgmental space to explore kink, fetishes, fantasies, sexual concerns, and erotic identity. I also support LGBTQ+ clients seeking a therapist who understands queerness and non-traditional experiences. Lastly, I support people navigating trauma, grief, or major life transitions (parenting, loss, relocation, etc).
