Alexandra Altman has been practicing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2009. She obtained a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Tufts University with a double Major in Psychology and Spanish. During her career she has worked with individuals, groups, and families to address various areas of concern including communication, conflict management, social skills, navigating big changes, feelings of isolation, strained relationships, and parenting. Alexandra uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systems Theory, and Strength-Based Therapy.
