Hi, I’m Alex and I’m so happy you are here. Throughout my 11+ years practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have found that whether folks are coming to therapy for the first or fifth time, that being my genuine self has brought others at ease during our time together. This will often include use humor, compassion, honesty and occasional sarcasm. What it won’t include is rigidity, judgment, panic or shame. My work is deeply relational and I care for my clients immensely. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work with Advanced Standing from the University at Albany, New York.
