My ideal client is someone who is ready, maybe not fully confident, but willing, to look inward and do the emotional work. They may be struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, relationship patterns that feel stuck, or the weight of past trauma. Often, they’re high-functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Their needs often center around feeling truly seen and supported in a nonjudgmental space. They need tools to manage their emotions, improve their relationships, and build a healthier relationship with themselves.
