About
As a therapist, I often work with individuals coping with anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty coping day to day and relationship dynamics. As your therapist, I will always meet you where you're at and help you in finding a path that allows you to meet your goals. I am here to help you find your way back to yourself. In our counseling sessions, I am here to support, challenge and guide you as you learn to grow and embrace new ways of approaching life. As a therapist, I also have a strong background in a wide range of specialties. I have worked in a residential hospital, in private practice, and as an elementary school teacher. In our first session together, we will take some time to go over your history, your story, and what brought you to counseling. This is a time for you to share all the things you think it's important for me to know. It's also a time for me to ask questions on areas I feel we should look a little closer or dive deeper.
