Accepting new clients! I believe that clients should feel comfortable, safe, and supported in the therapeutic relationship. I approach each person as an individual to determine what their needs are and best approaches to help them achieve their goals and provide tools and strategies they need to continue their journey. I utilize client-centered and strengths-based approaches along with other modalities including, but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy techniques (DBT), and mindfulness.
