I am a clinical psychologist, working remotely in New York, with over a decade of experience seeing adults in individual and couple’s therapy. Psychotherapy is most effective when the relationship between therapist and patient is trusting and secure. With this in mind, I am very much myself in the room—curious, warm, with a sense of humor, meeting my patients where they are—as we work together to bring about lasting and meaningful change. Areas of clinical focus in my practice are depression and anxiety; relationship conflict; periods of transition; fertility challenges and pregnancy loss; and the impacts of traumatic experiences.
