My ideal clients are parents of infants and young children who feel caught in reactive cycles they don’t fully understand. Their child may struggle with meltdowns, anxiety, sensitivity, or disconnection— and they notice their own frustration, fear, or shutdown surfacing in familiar, uncomfortable ways. They are thoughtful and committed to breaking generational patterns. They don’t want behavior strategies alone; they want to understand how past experiences and attachment patterns are being activated so they can create lasting change and a steadier, more secure connection within themselves and their relationships.
