Life can be stressful and at times we need assistance finding balance and meaning in this often unkind world. My clients often express dissatisfaction with their image in the mirror—they feel stuck in unsatisfying careers and are struggling to determine the next step. They are either in relationships that are not mutually beneficial and are struggling to communicate effectively, or they are feeling overwhelmed with dating in this app-centric world. I love what I do and I think it shows. My main goal is to help clients address personal challenges, understand how early life events effect them, and how to take steps towards change.
