Together we can create the context within an authentic, collaborative, and honest therapeutic relationship to deconstruct the unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck and unable to make the changes you seek. I strive to create a safe enough space for you to grow into your own knowing of what a positive change could be, as defined by you. I have education, field experience, and my own lived experience to support our work together. And yet, in the end, you are the expert on your life. I believe the best definition of a life well lived is an expansive one.
