Hey, I'm Alexandra. Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, and I operate my practice, Well Bee Counseling serving clients remotely in Washington . Client's that have worked with me often sought therapy because they were struggling to sleep, consumed with worry, struggling in relationships (personal and professional) and were fed up with trying to manage their struggles on their own. Additionally, they often have painful events from early in life that effect them deeply. They can be new to therapy or experienced. I am trained to treat clinical symptoms of early-life trauma, anxiety, OCD, and substance use disorders. I aim to provide a comfortable, thought-provoking space to explore these experiences, and to provide specific strategies to help each client heal. Lastly, I offer clients the chance to choose from different modalities that may suit their learning styles
