I'm Alexandra Stull McKay, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, under supervision by Viviana McGovern, LMFT 136563. While I welcome anyone seeking support, my primary focus is on empowering young adult women and teenage girls. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and the effects of sexual trauma. I also have a strong passion for addressing mental health concerns pertaining to women's health issues, and supporting the mental health needs of Indigenous communities. What sets me apart in my therapeutic approach is my deep appreciation for the power of creativity and female empowerment. As an artist, I find immense joy in incorporating this aspect into my therapy sessions. It allows me to work with my clients in profoundly personal and meaningful ways, unlocking their unique potential for healing and self-discovery.
