I’m committed to your therapy success by using an eclectic approach with principles from person-centered therapy (PCT), CBT, DBT, and MBT. I focus on addressing maladaptive behaviors, habits, and beliefs that block peaceful living. My passion lies in helping individuals increase self-awareness, achieve balance, and spark positive change for a more fulfilling life. Before private practice, I worked with the child welfare system, supporting children, teens, and families facing housing instability, mental illness, domestic violence, and trauma.
