Do you often feel tense and on edge? These can be common experiences for people who struggle with anxiety and/or trauma. Unfortunately, these struggles can often lead us to live a more limited life than we would like and can cause us to feel stressed and isolated. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and phobias. I utilize an eclectic and individualized therapeutic approach, meaning that I will create a treatment plan that is unique to you. We will work to address whatever is causing you anxiety to allow you to live the life you want to live.
