I’m really glad you’re here, seeking support takes courage and self-awareness. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Much of the work we’ll do focuses building tolerance for life’s inevitable ebbs and flows, while expanding your toolkit to manage emotions, relationships and stress with greater self-compassion and assurance. My approach is grounded in a humanistic lens, integrating tools from DBT, CBT, SFT and client-centered modalities.
