Hi there, my name is Alex and I fit well with those who would like to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions taking a whole-person approach. With a focus on the mind-body connection, feelings of pain, isolation, loneliness, anger, hurt, despair, fear, sadness, anxiety, and more will be explored in the safety of our therapeutic relationship. If you are feeling alone, stuck, or unsure in life, expressing yourself may seem scary and I want you to know there is nothing too 'big, scary, or wrong' we cannot face.
