I founded Saltaire Psychology because everyone can use support during life’s more difficult moments—whether it’s relationship conflict, chronic illness, or a major life transition. I work with individuals and couples on issues like dating, breakups, communication, pregnancy and parenthood, trauma, insomnia, grief, and life changes. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, focused on helping you move forward with clarity.
