Therapy can be an act of reclamation: a place to speak your truth. In a society shaped by power, privilege, and oppression, choosing to tell your story can be deeply personal and often transformative. My work is informed by lived experience as a queer person and sex educator. I've worked with young adults, elders, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodiverse, and people navigating injustices and marginalized experiences. My approach blends my certification in addiction and a trauma-informed lens with practices like ACT, DBT and IFS to support sustainable change at your pace.
