I approach therapy with an understanding that life is a challenge for us all. We all share experiences of grief, pain, sadness, anger, and insecurity. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through these hardships and provide you with compassion, understanding, and solutions so you don’t feel alone. I strive to make therapy a safe and comfortable space for you. I primarily work with patients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, familial conflict, and self-esteem. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach so I can best assist clients with their needs.
