My name is Alexandra Lumarque, and I am a Licensed School Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults across a variety of settings, including public and private schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. My mission is to empower children and their families by providing them with practical tools and strategies that support emotional growth, academic success, and overall well-being. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused interventions, and strength-based strategies, to help clients build resilience, improve communication, and develop healthy coping skills.
