About

Psychotherapy is a tool for understanding. Often, people find themselves burdened by narratives they didn’t write or storylines that no longer serve them. This can create obstacles to growth, making it difficult to initiate change and leading to feelings of being stuck and hopeless. As miserable and frustrating as this can feel, it is a meaningful place to start therapy. “Saying everything,” or putting all your thoughts, feelings, and experiences into words in therapy, is the first step to stepping behind the curtain and delving deep. Together, we work to remove the roadblocks that stand between you and a fulfilling life. View 4 Photos I specialize in working with people on eating disorders, relationship issues, depression, identity issues, ADHD, anxiety, and those who want to change patterns of behavior. In my work with couples, I focus on improving your communication, helping you learn more attuned ways of being in a partnership, and how to repair after conflict or betrayal.
