Hi there! I'm Alex. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals and families who are trying to cope with a number of stressors and challenges. My approach is down to earth and rooted in empathy and understanding. Many of my clients are seeking help and relief from worries, a lack of enjoyment in their lives, lack of confidence, unhappy relationships, family conflict, trauma, attentional difficulties, grief, difficulties with eating/body image, and/or difficulties with drinking or other substances.
