In my office you don’t have to be anything other than yourself. It’s a space where you can exhale, drop the mask, and speak freely - about the hard stuff, the things you’ve never said out loud (but want to), and everything in between. I’m not here to sit above you with all the answers. I’m here to sit beside you and do the work. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deeply eclectic approach to therapy. I believe no two people are the same, and neither is their healing, so I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether we're diving into deep trauma work or navigating everyday stress, I view the therapeutic relationship as the heart of the process. My work is rooted in authenticity, connection, and compassion. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for real change.
