Sometimes the hardest thing about therapy is making that first call. I am here to help. The clients I work with have done their best with their current coping skills. Sometimes we need to update those skills. This is where we start. What has worked for you so far? Where do you need support? In a safe place free of judgement, you will be heard and we can come up with new coping skills, support systems and ways of being so you can function in your life successfully. I treat clients who experience bullying, social exclusion, social anxiety and developmental disabilities.
