Great to meet you! I love working with adults on creating attainable goals, developing strategies and coping skills to manage their anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues. I will teach healthy, fun and creative coping skills to help overcome your challenges and find peace and balance. I like working with people who are creative, open to change and to trusting me. I believe everyone is unique and has a different experience and story to share. I am curious and want to take time to get to know you. It is important to me that we have good communication, are honest and true to ourselves. I am hear to listen, validate, encourage and support you along the way as you discover and create strategies that work for you.
