Together, we explore the hidden layers of your inner world - thoughts, feelings, and patterns that quietly shape how life is felt and lived. With a warm and curious approach, I aim to create a space for us to understand and trace how these patterns may be influencing your relationships, self-esteem and a sense of possibility. As a therapist it is not my place to instruct you or tell you who you are but to help you to see yourself and your life more clearly.
