Hello! My name is Alex. I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of individuals and families throughout my career as an Infant Mental Health Specialist. I particularly enjoy working with pregnant and postpartum moms, teens and young adults struggling anxiety or OCD, children of all ages, and families affected by chronic illnesses. I believe attachment and relationships are the basis for nearly everything in our lives and strive to help those I work with build meaningful relationships and repair ruptured ones.
