Life can be a lot. It's surprisingly helpful to take a step back and talk it out with an unbiased person who really listens. As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space in order to help you feel safe, learn about yourself, and identify your strengths. I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, kindness, directness, and humor into my practice. I also recognize that everyone’s therapy process is different and so I strive to meet each individual where they are.
