I have had over 20 years of experience in private practice treating children, adults, families and couples in a rural area. I am well-versed in common issues such as adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety, childhood trauma and substance abuse and recovery. Within the first few sessions we will identify goals for our therapy as well as collaborate to develop a shared model of you within your environment. We may use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, or skill based interventions at different times. Most of all we will work together closely to discover patterns, consider alternatives and change behavior.
