I offer a safe place to explore current your barriers and hardships. If you find yourself with feelings of guilt/shame, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, low motivation, fear, and hypervigilance it may be time to seek help to allow yourself to reach your full potential and find happiness. I have worked with survivors of domestic abuse (emotional, psychological, and physical), substance abuse, grief and loss, and trauma (childhood or current events). It is important to examine yourself to overcome limiting thoughts, barriers, and behaviors. The goal is connecting with yourself and others to improve your quality of life.
