Hello and welcome! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Connecticut, and I received my Master's degree from Fairfield University I have over 5 years of experience, working with adults through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, motherhood, discovering self, life transitions, past trauma, and issues within relationships. Life is never linear. There are times we need support to gain a different perspective and to make changes in order to grow and heal. I believe my greatest strength is offering a space where you can share openly, and I can listen without judgment. It is important to have a space where you can process life stressors unfiltered. I will provide you with support and empathy, along with honesty and challenges, to reach your therapeutic goals.
