Have you felt disconnected between what you think and what you feel? Have you feared what others would think if you lived authentically? I am passionate about helping folks dealing with disordered eating, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression to heal their relationships to themselves, to others, and their bodies. I aim to create a compassionate space for clients to feel seen and understood through exploring their authentic self and unlearning societal beliefs that they want to release in order to build a life that best suits them. My approach is affirming, inquisitive, and human, informed by anti-oppressive values, and mixed with a good dose of humor and brain facts to help you to understand yourself. I can help you learn how your brain works, explore the genius ways that you've navigated the world thus far, and unlearn societal beliefs that you hold you from the life you want.
