I specialize in supporting clients who are struggling with internet and gaming addiction, binge eating, pornography addiction, sexual compulsivity, and other repetitive behaviors that feel out of control. I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in person centered therapy and I focus on helping you reconnect with your inner strengths and sense of self so you can understand what drives your behaviors and make choices that align with your values. I combine this with structured support that increases awareness, reduces shame, and builds healthier patterns over time.
