I work with individuals, couples and families who need help with anxiety, depression, disconnection in relationships, or every day challenges that need support and guidance. I am dedicated to helping people with stressors in all aspects of their relationships. As a Certified Imago Therapist, it is my passion to help people reconnect by teaching effective communication skills. When relationships are not connected, it can feel like everything is crumbling. If couples are willing to work at it, they can become more connected to each other.
