My ideal client is someone who presents with a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, chronic health problems, and grief and loss. I aim to provide support so that clients do not feel overwhelmed or defined by their mental health struggles. Instead, I work towards empowering them to regain control, stability, and a sense of grounding. My goal is to equip clients with the tools and skills acquired through therapeutic methods used in our sessions. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a supportive and compassionate environment for my clients. My approach involves empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to foster authentic therapeutic relationships. I believe in the power of collaboration and prioritize a person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to therapy.
