While I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults the most, I serve a broad range of clients of all ages and circumstances. If you struggle with racing thoughts, panic attacks, feeling numb, cutting or other self-harm behaviors, have had something bad happen to you that still affects you, or other similar symptoms, then I have 8 years of therapeutic experience to help you process and improve your mental health. Additionally, I like to work with the families of individuals who are struggling with their mental health. Everyone's support network could always use some therapeutic work to improve communication and understanding.
