Hi! Congratulations on taking this first step towards healing which I know can feel overwhelming. Trauma and stress can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. I aim to provide a brave, empowering, and validating space to process present concerns and to reconnect with oneself, others, and feelings that you may have been told you cannot or should not feel. Our work together may include processing the ongoing stress of a chronic medical condition, coping with anxiety, recovering from past and/or current trauma, or learning to cope with the loss of a loved one.
