Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to practice in the states of California and Arizona. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 8 years. I help individuals struggling with a variety of issues. From day to day stressors to deep rooted trauma. My goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them by empowering them, providing hope, and promoting self compassion. I enjoy working with adults from various backgrounds who are ready to begin their healing journey. My clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking and avoidance but are motivated to begin cultivating healthier approaches to these issues.
