Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to practice in the states of California and Arizona. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 8 years. I help individuals struggling with a variety of issues. From day to day stressors to deep rooted trauma. My goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them by empowering them, providing hope, and promoting self compassion. In the first therapy session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgement free zone. Therapy can be intimidating and uncomfortable, especially for first time clients so I like to spend time building the therapeutic relationship and getting to know my client as well as their goals for therapy.
