My ideal clients are individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles they cannot seem to break, whether from trauma, anxiety, intimacy struggles, burnout, substance use, or inherited family patterns. They long for safety in their bodies, clarity in their relationships, and the freedom to live more authentically. Many are high-functioning yet exhausted, caught between past wounds and future hopes. What they want is lasting change: not just symptom relief, but deeper resilience, connection, and a sense of self that feels whole, grounded, and aligned with who they truly are. I specialize in developmental trauma, substance use, intimacy, and sexual compulsion. Integrating EMDR, IFIO, IFS, and sexual empowerment work, I help clients break unhelpful patterns, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen relationships through a holistic, collaborative approach.
